This workshop is for marketers and digital strategists looking to get a clear understanding of why Facebook is the eminent platform of choice for creating great experiences and promoting their brand, as well as how to use Facebook as part of an overall social media strategy. This workshop is also for developers interested in learning how to build and deploy applications on the Facebook platform, using the various components such as Facebook Connect.

Requirements

No special software is required to participate in this workshop. Developers who are interested in attending this workshop should have a basic understanding of programming. Experience with PHP is recommended, but not necessary. If you are bringing a laptop, access to a power outlet and WIFI will be provided.
